In my opinion reprice of the warrants is probably better than issuing more shares in a private placement which would normally happen at a discount to the current SP. With the warrants the liability of the shares is already out there and the reprice will be higher than the current SP plus we don't have to pay fees to some broker.

I hope BKK gets his warrants repriced too, actually. Just wish he would find out for sure if he was passed up before rampaging on the board.
