Not as well as this one will which is why I'm still here. Now getting back to the relevant topic (bioamber), kindly provide any link showing DEFINITIVELY (that means using the words) that shares will be cancelled (I'll save evceryone some time. You can't because it simply doesn't exist). As already mentioned , pwc isn't going to spoon feed anyone. At the same time , however , they must choose their words carefully . In this case what they didn't say leans far more heavily towards longs while what they did say doesn't hurt longs . If they added the words "from the asset sale " (loosely quoted) there's a reason for it rather than ending at "no residual value" (which is more correct grammatically but insufficient for the reality at hand). They also said "best interest of all stakeholders". Obviously (as well as far more importantly legally) this would not be the case if the value of shares were to go to "zero" . As shareholders we owe nothing past "zero" if they got cancelled (only liable for debt from the value of the shares owned ) so obviously any "best case" would have to equal more than zero . Now that that's all been cleared up let's just sit back and enjoy how this is trading exactly like the NOL laden RM ready shell that it is.
