Can’t pay off the Delaware debt.
Can’t do a name change.
Can’t provide proof of manufacturing facilities.
Can’t provide any real verification of revenues.
Can’t even do an audit to verify the revenues he’s claiming.
Can’t act in a professional, poised manner when tweeting investors.
That’s a lot of red flags for a company that is supposedly doing so well.
