It seems this is your first Q stock - rarely does it say the common stock will be cancelled - PwC assumes the investors are more sophisticated and understand that Equity or Equity Interest means the Preferred and Common shares.

PwC isn't going to spoonfeed OTCM investors - they stated the Common shares would be cancelled.

If the unsecured creditors are impaired it would be illegal for the common shares to remain intact.

This happens on every Q stock - until the ticker is deleted....

BioAmber is trading like all Q stocks - but if you feel warm and fuzzy thinking the commons won't be cancelled - then have at it.
