well guess they allow it if no one complains to them.
Have you? Messageboards and blogs are not the way to get action out of the SEC and FBI. Filing complaints is at least a start.

They seem more interested in clusters of stocks that involve the same people. Gives them more bang for their buck going after them.


Filing complaints is tedious but worth a try if you expect some action.

The wheels of justice turn pretty slow when it comes to the SEC - but they do turn - even if it takes a few YEARS!
