Folks get all in a huff about "deadlines" not being met. Its all in the terminology. What folks are referring to a deadlines are more aptly called targets. Large construction projects NEVER go as first projected, or second or third projected for that matter. There are always adjustments to be made. Targets are not always met... surprise!!! HOWEVER, eventually the job gets done. Ive witnessed this with much larger projects and for much larger companies. So folks, my advise is to do your OWN homework, buy some shares (if you wish to), and wait for it to get done. It will get done. The refinery will be built IMO. Jack is not a scammer IMO. He's working it through to fruition IMO. Stay calm. As my HS phys. ed. teacher always said, "a cool head always prevails."
