You got it Fah. By December 31, I'm retiring, packing up from Michigan, and heading to South Carolina, where warm weather, sunny skies, hurricanes, booze, broads, and GOLF await me. Hope to see your yacht cruise by!!! I don't think alot of people realize just how much time we spend reading IHUB. But, without all of everyone's valuable post, information and ideas would be lost. Just by you following websites to look at supply, gave me the idea to look at OCS,(I thought you had to be canadian). I was glad I did. Great idea, thanks.
