True unless that CEO is the majority shareholder.

And we are not on the NYSE or Nasdaq for a reason.

Seems odd to me that when people complain about Kim they compare him to NYSE or NASDAQ stocks but when you use a stat like Average CEO pay raises then it doesnt apply because that stat is for NYSE or NASDAQ stocks.

So let's compare apples to apples

OTC CEOs take their pay raises by ripping off shareholders then reverse splitting and issuing more shares for more pay.

OTC CEOs tell you all kinds of unverifiable plans and then vanish after 2-5 years "stepping down and allowing a new CEO to continue the scam.

OTC CEOs NEVER produce anything at all.
They dont get army contracts.
They dont get foriegn governments to work with them.
They are not mentioned in international news stories.


I am sure there are tons more things OTC CEOs do TO their shareholders that Kim doesnt do.

So..... let's start looking for the things Kim has accomplished instead of only pointing out the fact that he only tells us what's going on about every 2-4 weeks.

Something else OTC CEOs dont do
