I’m aware of what’s required for NASDAQ thanks.
I’m betting a RS won’t happen until BEFORE a Nasdaq uplist. I believe Jason is going to secure a few more big contracts and prove great revenues well before then. Hello Q4 and Q1? I want to see those first. I won’t speculate what they might be but if they’re really good revenues I can’t imagine why this stock cannot get to above a penny and stay there.
After that happens, OTCQB. We know what will happen if it makes it there. Big Money will come into this stock and where the share price goes is anyone’s guess.
It’s really up to Jason and we are all watching intently. I believe he can do it. Data443 has some skin in this game and a patent on what they are doing. They do have partners, contacts and a growing client list. Plenty of companies need a GDPR data security solution. YESTERDAY.
Lest we forget, this company is less than a year old. Let that sink in for a minute. Other than the toxic financing (which was just renegotiated to more favorable terms) this company is doing great in my book.
All I wanted was to get in on the bottom of the next Big Thing. I believe I have it here.
This is all in my opinion. Everyone has their own. Yes, we are a good ways away from getting to NASDAQ but I’m not worried about the dreaded RS until we’ve gotten onto QB first and shown a much improved bottom line and steadily increasing sales.
The beauty of the whole thing is simply this wonderful statement, a statement that’s known as a truism.
