I love the debt ridden shell stuff. LOL

A shell is exactly where we need to be for a reverse merger or variation of.

The debt ridden part involves multiple countries and how they handle a reverse merger. Cannot be disputed.

LCY stop trading in Taiwan for 5 years exactly and may trade after that?

Why 5 years? I know a reason for the 5 years. IMO

New LCY Biosciences Sarnia plant manager now saying the Sarnia plant may remain idle for six months because they want to change the plant. LOL

All just a legal way to postpone the real truth.
