There was an announcement filed as an S-1 the warrants will be repriced as again the company requires a money raise to begin blowing our trim in Nevada into oil, the machinery is there I saw it with my own 2 eyes my last trip out. The upcoming TSX Venture Exchange Listing, The Oklahoma buildout, the completion of the Louisiana buildout. Our new license in _____________ (sorry, it’s been granted and an S-1 filed but not announced yet by the company) along with the continuation of having Teco built out fully running at 100% capacity and so much more. I don’t have the announcement S-1 in front of me but I’ll find it this weekend and post it. I have 1.5 million of those warrants so I’m confident it’s happening.
