The spin off was not completed until after the end of the last quarter, 10-q, which ended July 31st. Immediately after FINRA approved the completion of the spin off Verus announced a contract that quadrupled their revenue and that was funded 100% with non dilutive financing.

I'd say the split from Nestbuilder and former management has already shown to be a very positive move, much more to come.
