This is one of the most interesting oncology plays in my opinion. They have a very productive platform and many drugs in the clinic...some with very good results (these are the guys who developed the great adjuvant that makes Shingrix so powerful!). I understand they are looking at two partnerships. I have often thought that if they had two BP's interested in their assets the partnering dance might end up in a bidding war and a buyout offer. It would be multi-billions but some company who wanted to become an oncology powerhouse over the next few years could find it all in the Agenus platform and portfolio. I can see why the current management might want to keep control of all these assets...only an offer too good to refuse could end in buyout IMO.
