You must really be smoking some whacky stuff to say a comment like that, “they are allowed to own” this junk. When there is smoke there is fire. These frauds have been on the SEC’s radar for years and it is not a coinincidence that new companies are being named weekly having involvement with their pump and dump scheme. All the same players, same SEC attorney, same promotional sites and ties to IRTH Communications.

Just of matter of time before the SEC uses their involvement in this scam as further evidence against these frauds. Once they see that the company willingly paid IRTH Communication, who are responsible for hiring the promo sites as disclosed in “some” of the disclaimers, when the clowns behind the company publically denied any knowledge of any promotional activity it is game over for this scam.
