I think they used that figure as a "what if". If they were like real companies, and actually had workers and a license or customers, and have been in business for years, maybe it would be worth a million, if that. Maybe....

That number is a play on a full report. Completely out of context. Nothing in a 10-q, or equiv illustrates a billion dollar company. Their filings illustrate a failing company. Scam.
