So it’s Big T’s hope to tie things up in court if the FDA mandates VLN. I’m getting the feeling Gottlieb has something planned once this happens . He’s not wasting any time on Juul and flavored pods , an epidemic as he said .. Juul is creating a generation of kids hooked on nicotine.
Juul, menthol , flavors, Ban them all. But what’s needed is to go after the damn nicotine . Sure , Juul helps adults quit combustibles , but they’re not going to quit Juul. Who knows the long term effects of e-cigarettes and Juul? .
.04% nicotine. Smoke if you like , not because you’re addicted . What am I missing here ?
