Lorraine Copper is advancing two significant copper- gold exploration projects and one copper-molybdenum project in British Columbia, Canada. Lorraine’s focus is to advance its projects independently and enter into strategic partnerships with other companies to fund exploration programs throughout our portfolio, a strategy that reduces risk to investors and increases leverage through multiple projects while limiting share dilution.

The company’s Stardust project is 100% owned by Lorraine Copper and optioned to Sun Metals, an Oxygen Capital company, who may earn a 100% interest in the project for a 30% interest in Sun Metals.

The Lorraine project is owned 49% by Lorraine Copper and 51% by Teck Resources and Lorraine Copper holds a 100% interest in the Okeover copper-molybdenum project.
