Acquisition from Aug20 fell through. They hired new COO who actually doesn’t have a great history of success and I will bet they will engage in a longer commitment after the 90 days even though he too will fail to move the company forward. This management team has proven for years they cannot close a deal. The bank pulled out as a funding source as well since they didn’t see value in lending money for TVOG stock. Can’t blame them.

I speculate leading up to Dec7 the stock increases as some pump news is coming of acquisition due to COO deadline of Dec7. Nothing will happen and week of Dec10 stock falls below 01,hitting 008 again and maybe lower.
