Can't do that without money/funding.......or a drug license, or a lab, or workers. Huge hurdles in the way.....

There is no way this touches .01 without funding, workers or a drug license. So....which came first, chicken or the egg? Bad place to be.

This will go nowhere, management will just continue to collect a salary....IMO.
