Thank you for your thoughts! Let's hope that the millions upon millions of dollars spent so far on this project are not just another example of 'throwing good money after bad'.

This process has taken FAR TOO MUCH time and money. While some have been making money in this process, most of us haven't. IMO

Has our governments(local, state, and federal) been helpful or harmful?
