That was a thoughtful and throrough reply. I have a question. You said technically it's a schedule one substance. Am I correct to presume that the farm bill won't and cannot deschedule it? Isn't that something that would require dea for? Also isn't CBD oil with thc less than .1% considered a schedule 5 drug. Apologies if this has been covered previously on the board but I'm trying to wrap my head around it
