They should have targeted the dividend announcement for Nov 15, on the the ex-date of the TRW distribution


I think this was their original plan - announce the cash dividend in the PR about the Q3-result that was due the day before the (probable) ex date for the TRW-distribution.

Now they might wait with the ex dates till around the CC - if so, then I don't know if we'll get it just before (i.e less angry shareholders for Q&A), during or (right) after. They shouldn't delay it too late though
