Would that hurdle be nontraditional financing and companies that don't want to buy from someone who cant get over those hurdles? Sounds like nothing new to me and IMHO he's playing you. If he has to send emails which I think he knows are getting posted here, to write why someone shouldn't short, it sounds like hes intimidated by it or simply that things aren't going well.
