You are right that I dont care. I dont rely on Kim to make my trades.
I dont really care what he does I can make money.

But his 6% increase isnt out of line at all. That I consider an "inflation increase".
It's a bit higher than is typical but not out of line.

Has he taken a bonus or are we just preemptively complaining about that to warm up for when he does?
