There is virtually no such thing as a long term “investment” in OTC stocks. If there were of the 100’s of thousands of OTC Companies why have only NINE ever become real companies trading on one of the big boards since 1980?

I don't think I understand your post. I did a little searching and found that there were 35 uplist from OTC in 2016, 63 in 2017.

And 7, 9,4 uplisted in July, Aug and Sep; I didn't look for the first 6 months.

So I guess you are saying OTC stock should not be long term investments, BUT Nasdaq or NYSE companies are ok for long term investments? CBD as an industry, no matter who, or product is not worth the risk?
