Did a decent amount of DD regarding Sean after the dive from $3.47 to the current $1.13

He would make a great salesman, but he is lacking as a CEO

His statements and mistakes have cost shareholders dearly.

Selling company assets to a related party without revealing it was a mistake, and gave Citron ammo for his articles.

Sean is lacking as a CEO, and should be replaced. Keep him on as
a salesman, board member or party planner, but get him out as CEO,
he is in way over his head.
