Love the theory that KKR wipes out everyone. As a matter of fact shares of LCY spiked when the news of KKR was buying them out. Sounds like LCY shareholders liked the deal.

A KKR Quote of the LCY Buyout: “We see companies – hidden champions, companies that are not well known but have really established competitive positions with their product,” said Paul Yang,

KKR thinks LCY Chemical which is the company that bought the BIOAQ assets along with Visolis is a hidden gem.

LCY and KKR pay dividends to its shareholders.

Get your mind right.

This is a process that will take time. The Sarnia plant manager said recently it will remain idle for six months at least.
