You know those folks can be a little sloppy.
The last extension was 8-ked the day after expiration.

But the one before that was more representative of their diligence. On 4/30 (a Monday) they filed an 8-k that said:
"On April 26, 2018, the Company and the Customer executed an Amendment to the Master Agreement, effective as of April 20, 2018 (the “Amendment”) which amends the Master Agreement by extending the date by which the Customer must submit purchase orders for the first two processors from within 120 days of executing the Master Agreement to within 240 days of such execution."
Did they forgot to agree to an extension and have to backdate it.

Now to be fair RH had a lot on his mind at the time. Antonio Banderas had left the week before and Milton Bradley the week before that.
