i agree...accumulation in ngbl has been going on for 7 or 8 weeks now....the bid size of the .0001's is over 700 million now and there are only 17 million shares available at .0002...so yes, i agree . ngbl is about to test the .0003's again....and this time we arent knocking on the .0003's door...we are kicking in the .0003's door go ngbl
