I think they’ll wait until they get or are denied the extension, then they’ll leverage that (either way) to push the r/s agenda again. R/s is inevitable, that or bk as they have no way to raise funds. $250M accumulated losses and no end in site, exactly who would buy this company with that type of debt? Kiss your investment goodbye. I can only hope Ted makes another “mistake” that allows this to jump a little so I can recover some of my losses, would suggest others do as well, if they can.
