Let's put R/S rumor to bed and throw the alarm clock out of the window at least for now. They're out of compliance because they have capital under 6 million dollars and have had years of losses. The stock price is currently not an issue.

They sold stock on Nov 1st to gain working capital, and with the capital they believe they will have after debt sale, hope to be in compliance. There's no rule in NYSE for $1 compliance. Basic DD matters, people...
