Right, that's why he is the Plaintiff in the case and is the one suing.

Because...... Grand Havana (the defendant) is going to crush him!

However, I do find it interesting that anyone OUTSIDE of the company would know who Luis Ravelo (the plaintiff) is, much less, have any knowledge of what the lawsuit is about, or happen to know that Ravelo is going to be "deservedly" crushed with a lawsuit he filed.

Kind of sheds some light on what I see going on here!
