ya i think that makes it harder to settle the lawsuits frankly, but since all the lawsuits are just against the net worth sweep, except washington federal, which really no one qualifies for to be a class plaintiff..

who held shares since 2008 here? maybe a few of you.

but so there you go. the thing is, preferred have to elect to be screwed in the conversion scenario before warrants..

the thing is .. that $185B of senior preferred..
