I had a look at the court site. The entry says there will be a judgment on the appeals without an oral hearing. No oral hearing needs to be scheduled. Decision imminent.

I am disappointed that there was not more in the 10q. I would have like to see modest revenue from the sales, as well as some better news about progress.

Hopefully, we see an update of some kind before the end of the year.
