I have never seen any company have news blow over like IPKL'S.
If you are smart, and you read between the lines, You will know that the JV is pretty much a done deal. Many are waiting to hear first hand that it has gone through. Which makes the ones that have formed a nice size position, by that time, the ones that benefit from the risks we take. The writing is all over the wall on this one... I still am wondering how long it will take for others to catch on. Sounds to me like it has baffled you to. Well....... Get em' while you can. At least there are a few who know a good thing when you see it.
