Provided they raise the $300k - yes, that's a "k", not an "M" - it should only benefit shareholders. They are offering debt, not equity. If they can't raise $300k, or they do and the price doesn't rise (triggering warrants), I will never buy or sell a stock again and I will become an Uber driver.
