Absolutely.
Communication, especially when schedules are not met, is mission critical in any business.
I've met Tony T. several times, and I hate to say this, but he's not a rocket scientist.
He's just a regular guy, nice guy, hard working, but not a corporate CEO type.
You've got to communicate, PERIOD.
But then, when you have investors who are so patient and tolerant of missed goals, I guess you don't have to.
