Hi JonQ, these voter/poll wins for bkyi are just for the workers and not the voters,, as far as I know. I don't think it would fly to well in the u.s. to use biometrics on the voters. At least not now.
The big problem here, now is a 15 $M company just announced a 10 M$ win and stock hardly did anything. These Chinese deals are a lot like dating your sister, it's complicated.
