Cheaper the better.

The only way that statement is true is if you've shorted the stock.

You can try to keep selling this "buy low before this thing pops" line, but anybody who listened to that advice pre-R/S has lost big. No matter how positively some want to spin that 8-k this company still has a ton of debt and no way to currently pay it off, other than gullible share holders re-buying the shares that were stolen from them on Monday.

There's still another R/S on the table - and a big one at that- up to 1/10,000. In my opinion it's not a bluff, or a gimmick to scare off Sabby or MM. It's how he intends to wipe out debt and get to the minimum share price to relist on NASDAQ.
