Isn’t in mandatory that your share price maintain $1+ to be NASDAQ listed? I know there’s a bunch of other qualifications as well but it seems they’d need to do ALOT to get to that PPS. They should concentrate on building a business 1st then worry about up-listing. I’m sitting here waiting to hit .10, forget about a dollar.
