One thing i have in this world is common sense.. IR did not write that email just another copycat regurgitating B.S. Desperation is at it all time HIGH..like you said earlier this should be trading at 0.018 at this point..If it can't move to a penny after all of the tweets surely don't expect VRUS to upgrade to OTCQB anytime in the near future..
