Actually False. I was part of the group and PSPW ran based on speculation of the merger with SeaWind at the time and issue of Super 8K. Falak run was small and quickly faded when folks realized he brought nothing to the table. Just like now.

Not sure why they even bother to put out late financial notice when they cannot in put out the last Q or 10K.
