Yup, M+, you're right. Whether it's a $1MM or $10MM company is a crap shoot.

Today's pop strikes me as rather odd. The 8K reports two items that I view as negative - 1) the re-coronation of PT Barnum, and 2) (yet) another delisting notice.

As I suggested earlier, NASDAQ caught up with the $707K shareholder's equity shown on the quarterly report. The problem is worse, though. They also need to meet this requirement in order to escape their prior delisting deadline, which occurs this month. There's not a provision for having a delay to submit a plan in the requirements needed to meet the earlier deadline. I don't know whether they can walk a line through this. Creative bookkeeping might work, but it is difficult to imagine that a company that has had to borrow so much in the past week or two really has $2.5MM in shareholder equity.
