Well, another week has come and gone with our absentee CEO failing to produce anything to hope for from his investors. This is the same CEO who racks up $7m in debt, fails to uplist to the TSX as promised, generates a measly $78k in revenue, yet pays himself $300K for his lack of effort.

No wonder the past few days have seen no volume. Dr. (LOL) Dividi can't even show up for work anymore and investors can see in the posted financials a looming $1,200,000 note can be converted at the lenders whim at 75%. Given the pps as of this posting that's roughly 92,000,000 shares to be issued.

This stock can't even hold .02's anymore... SMH
