Very true as I work with more small to midsize banks as they cannot afford to throw hat in the ring. On a positive note the banks that have heard of this are chomping at the bit for Nebraska's sake. I work and know several infrastructure investors for this project. Talking with them (only reason why I am staying around this long) keeps me excited about the possibilities. The infrastructure(land deals, motels, laundry mat, grocery store, housing for the workers and families are nothing short of awesome to review. It will be cool if they can actually pull this thing off.
