That's prudent. If the CEO had been a carnival barker, or hadn't already uplisted a similar company off the OTC, i would have a far smaller position. When and if it gets substantive news it should do pretty well given the small float...it's sub floor at this point IMO. It's a product that just makes sense, and in a billon dollar industry. We shall see..
