ATSs in Canada are currently trading at $0.20.

TSX still showwing $0.195 bid and $0.20 ask. In other words any orders bidding $0.20 are being diverted to the ATS to get filled and hence the appearance remains that $0.20 is still not being met when it fact it is being met.

Of 446,000 shares traded so far today only 124 have been traded on the TSX.
