Need to have someone get a Hold of QMKR to get a timeline response for s1 financials, acquisitions and forward looking statements.
My biggest concern is 90% Ownership of shares by UBID may mean we go from a 43 million float to a 430 million float.
Waiting to see what the company says and does. So I hope to see it addressed in next press release.
