Yes, the caller discussing residential brought up something I hadn't heard about before. And he definitely seemed to have fairly concrete knowledge about this new project, so my guess is that it must indeed be on POLA's drawing board.

I think Sams and the team at POLA are very much up for the challenge of building to serve domestic telecom, military (if not too large), and perhaps also some amount of international telecom. Residential might be a whole nother can of worms.

By the time residential (or massive military or international) becomes more than just a pipe dream, Sams might be, say, 68 and he might see that to rapidly build out his vision, he needs Polar to be a subsidiary of Honeywell or GE or GD or some other large company. If the right buyer comes along, Sams would get to continue building, and indeed build at a faster pace, while also locking in a massive payday.

And I only say $12 or $14 bucks because even $12 would keep me here over the next 24 months to see how this turns out. I also enjoy seeing you spin the much larger numbers in such a plausible way!
