We are going into Friday afternoon which is usually not kind to this stock. The stock has not closed the week with a gain for the last 5 weeks and even with the Q3 it's looking like this may be week 6.
Shares on the ask have been rising as the shares on the bid remain steady.

Remember that when someone tries to convince you to buy or sell there is something in it for them. It's not because they are concerned about your investment.
